At Medical Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional attire; if your medical apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
